I have to exit the building to get to valet, have someone open the door for me. When access to the elevators on the second floor are blocked by security, there is no easy access to the valet area by handicapped persons. There are no automatic doors in the valet retrieval area, either off the courtyard or where the cars pull up. The only handicapped doors are at the front entrance. As a Diamond member, valet parking is the best perk and now that has been taken away for part of the week. Valet parking is not a convenience for me, it is a necessity as I am very vulnerable getting out of the car and need assistance putting together my portable scooter. The most recent is their decision to terminate valet parking on Monday through Wednesday.
I have physical challenges and there are several problems with Horseshoe Baltimore.
